Q: What if I have questions about the products?

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Please allow 12 to 18 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, there is a rush charge of $40. Please email Uncle B to purchase the rush charge and discuss delivery details.

Q: Can the signs be hung outside in the sunlight?
A: The UV inks, paints and Sharpee inks used in fabrication are not intended for outdoor use and will fade if installed in direct or indirect sunlight.

Q: What are the measurements of the signs?
A: The dimensions of each individual sign are 12 inches wide by 1.5 inches tall. The total wall area of the signs are 12 inches by 16 inches tall. See the visual reference in the Products section. Sizes may vary slightly.

Q: What does "expandable" indicate on the product pages?
A: Expandable indicates you can add additional signs to the product over time. Additional signs are $15 each plus shipping and grommets will be shipped to secure the additional sign. Contact Uncle B on any add't questions.
